PERSONA 2 INNOCENT SIN: ERRORS OF THEIR YOUTH ペルソナ２　罪と罰　果てしなき青春 The drama CD for Innocent Sin (with a bridge to Eternal Punishment). A very, very special piece of merchandise put out to amuse the fans. In fact, fans helped write some of the tracks and contributed art to the CD booklet! (Mikawa Beruno and Yuuki Shinichi are definitely doujinshi artists.) This page is just to give you an idea what you're listening to. Unless Kya or Bell feel like it, there won't be verbatim translations of the tracks. I just paraphrased what was going on in the tracks; don't expect it to be word-for-word. But if there's something completely and glaringly inaccurate, let me know, okay? :D TRACK ONE: スティグマ＝聖痕 [Stigma: (holy mark)] - Tadashi Satomi "Everyone...please, forget all about me..." This contains the dialogue from the very beginning of Eternal Punishment, when Tatsuya is at Araya Shrine talking to the old lady about how he's forgotten something important, and how he can never forget his sins. Tatsuya remembers everything, and talks about the mark of Nyarlathotep on his hand is a sign of his sin, blah blah. The second part contains the dialogue from Ulala's flashback at the end of Eternal Punishment, where she's talking to Maya in a restaurant about how she's not a skank, but she has no luck with guys. She scolds Maya for still thinking about the Deja-Vu Boy, and Maya protests that it's not like that, but she can't forget about it; it was the first time she'd met him, but she felt like she'd always known him, something like that. This time, you can hear Maya's thoughts as she's dozing off; she's thinking about the Deja-Vu Boy, and how soon after she met him, she got a mysterious bruise on her chest, like a stigma. (They seem to use the same word for Tatsuya's mark and Maya's bruise - 'aza'.) The third part is Tatsuya on his bike, thinking that he'll protect her this time, he won't fail again, etc etc. Nyarly then rambles about how he's the shadow of all humans, the puppeteer of fate... So in this track, Igor can't remember how many Tarot cards you need to summon particular Personae, and Nanashi-kun has to remind him. It's just silly to imagine that Igor, the master of the Velvet Room, isn't as omniscient and perfect as he seems, and he's just a crazy, forgetful old man in this track. *laugh* "How many cards do you need to summon Kabandha?" "192 cards." "192, huh...heh heh heh...192..." Furuwasete TRACK FIVE: 噂温泉デバガメ事件 [The Case of the Rumored Hot Springs Peeping Tom] - Shinichi Yuuki A very special track. It starts off with the group spending times in a hot spring that they'd heard rumors about. (The guys and girls are in separate springs, separated by a wall.) Maya and Lisa compliment each other's bodies extravagantly; Maya says Lisa's got nice proportions and looks like a model, and Lisa giggles and says she's jealous of Maya's huge breasts. Yukino dryly comments that she's jealous of them both, and Maya giggles and says that Yuki's cool in a masculine way. On the other side, Eikichi's extravagantly complimenting Tatsuya's nice proportions, and saying he looks like a model. Tatsuya says, "Well, I could say the same about you, you're not so bad yourself...by the way, who are you?" (Eikichi's washed off all his makeup, of course.) Eikichi splashes around, declaring that he's Tatsuya's eternal rival, doesn't he recognize Michel-sama's face? Tatsuya says, "Actually, without makeup - " "NO! DON'T SAY IT!" "You *really* look like your dad." "NOOOOO!!" The girls hear the screaming and splashing. Maya and Yukino wonder what those boys are getting up to, and Lisa all of a sudden starts worrying what that "weirdo Captain Underwear is doing to her Ching-yan!" She screams and splashes over to the dividing wall to eavesdrop, and Yukino scolds Maya a little for saying stuff like that. Maya, of course, just giggles. On the other side, to cheesy pr0n music, Eikichi and Tatsuya are up to...something. "I said, s, stop it, Eikichi! If that gets wet..." "Houuuu! So that means that's your weak spot, so let's get it NICE AND WET!" "Stop it! Don't play around like that, Eikichi! A---ah, don't!" *strange noises from Eikichi* "Getting...weaker...ahh....*" (note: this line is literally "energy's escaping" and is used in just about every pornographic yaoi doujinshi there is. basically, it's used in a "relax your muscles so I can screw you" or "I'm feeling weak and helpless because I'm getting screwed" way, depending on who's saying it. >D) On the other side of the wall, Maya clucks her tongue. Yukino seems shocked. "Is that....? I knew it..." Lisa is hyperventilating. "Fan ah! No way! My Ching-yan's getting his Special Place violated by that pervert Captain Underwear!" Maya giggles evilly, and asks Lisa if she's sure that he hadn't lost it already before now. Lisa screams and starts running for the wall, presumably stark naked. "Keh he! Ching-yan, I'll save you!" She starts climbing, and Maya comments on how nice it is to be so young (and energetic). Tatsuya sighs. "I told you, Eikichi, if you get Vulcanus's shoulder-flames wet, he'll disappear." "Oh, sorry, I thought I'd give you a hand since you helped me wash my Rhadamanthus...HEY! GINKO, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT? YOU PERVERT! VOYEUR!" Bobby-kun shows up, having heard that there's a Peeping Tom at the hot springs, and he refuses to leave until he finds him. Basically, Maya and co. throw Eikichi to the wolves. >D ("Huh? A peeping tom? He's got a bare face (without makeup)....HEY, THAT'S ME! YOU GUYS, TELL HIM IT'S NOT ME!" Another very special drama track. You can read the rough translation here. You kind of have to hear it to get the full humor of it; they're showing each other their underwear! Nobody really seems surprised or shocked at Jun's choice of underwear, not even Tatsuya. Eikichi: "Tatsuya....underwear. o.o" Jun: "Yes. This is proof of a man's feelings. :D" Tatsuya: "It's.......a manliness........thing. o.o" TRACK EIGHT: 黒須　淳　コンタクトコマンド　＜星占い＞ [Kurosu Jun Contact Command: Fortune-Telling] - Toshiko Tasaki Well. In this track, Jun is looking up the horoscopes of his male friends. First he looks up Eikichi's - Scorpio - and comments on how the Scorpio is a dark type, who's good as a bodyguard or spy, with leadership abilities ("well, he is the captain of Kasu HS...") and how Scorpio has best compatibility with Cancer ("hahaha, isn't that Maya-neesan?") Then he moves onto Tatsuya - "TACCHI IS! born on 8/21 - THAT'S-A-LE-O! <3 <3" As I recall, the qualities that he reads about are that Leos are strong and proud, not wanting to ask anyone for help, and so on. Then he looks up Leo's compatibility with other signs, and gets...."Libra.........HUH? *growl* BUT, but, Leo has GOOD compatibility with Aquarius! Ha ha ha ha!" (I personally love the insane laugh here.) Then he decides to check his compatibility with Eikichi and Tatsuya - using blood-type compability, since the old-fashioned horoscopes don't seem to be going his way. ^_~ Turns out that by blood type, he's far more compatible with Tatsuya than with Eikichi, and this sends him off into his Happy Place, humming and laughing evilly. Lisa's like, "Jun, are you calculating horoscopes AGAIN?" Basically, this track has Jun being more insane and more gay than he actually is in the game. I think I read on some Jun fanpage that that Jun acts pretty normally in the game itself, and the only time he's really flamingly gay is on these drama tracks - and I fully agree. Aw, but his insane laughter is so cute! <3 TRACK NINE: X TRIP ~ X RE-CONSTRUCTION Original Music Masaki Kurokawa TRACK TEN: 防空壕モノマネ地獄 [Bomb Shelter Imitation Hell] - Shinichi Yuuki The group is in the bomb shelter, and they have a problem - Tatsuya can't do a convincing bike imitation anymore. This is...a problem, so they brainstorm on what to do now. Eikichi suggests that everyone else do imitations, and Lisa tells him that's a dumbass idea, but Maya tells everyone to try. The upshot is basically that everyone *sucks* (Lisa has Eros do a "Maiden Imitation" which makes no sense, and so on), and Tatsuya has to come up with a new imitation - he does a Lisa imitation. If you want to hear Tatsuya and Vulcanus talk in high-pitched squeaky voices and go "A-ha~~~n!" in the Seduction combo, this is the track for you. *laugh* Another highlight is earlier on, when Lisa calls Eikichi her usual insult, "Captain Underwear." This upsets Rhadamanthus. "What is this? I am thou, thou art Underwear? I am *underwear*?" Eikichi nervously tells "my Rhaddy" to ignore Lisa. :D TRACK ELEVEN: 警察犬ポーピー君の場合 [Police Dog Bobby-Kun's Situation] - Toshiko Tasaki Read the rough translation here.
